Services include, but are not limited to, site preparation, base installation, turf installation, and turf maintenance. The specific scope of work for each project is defined in a written proposal provided to the customer before work begins.
Estimates provided by Salinas Artificial Grass Installation are free of charge and based on the information available at the time of the site visit. An estimate is not a binding contract. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal after the on-site assessment.
Pricing may be subject to change if conditions at the project site differ materially from those observed during the estimate - for example, if hidden drainage issues, soil conditions, or access limitations are discovered during installation. Any changes to scope or pricing will be communicated to the customer and agreed upon in writing before additional work proceeds.
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement between Salinas Artificial Grass Installation and the customer. We request at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations may result in a rescheduling delay.
We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions, crew availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify customers of any rescheduling as early as possible.
Payment terms are specified in the written proposal for each project. In general, a deposit may be required to secure your project date, with the balance due upon completion of the work. Accepted payment methods will be stated in your proposal.
Invoices that remain unpaid beyond the agreed due date may be subject to a late fee. If a project requires collection action, the customer may be responsible for reasonable collection costs including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Salinas Artificial Grass Installation provides a workmanship warranty on all installations. The specific terms and duration of this warranty are stated in your written proposal. This warranty covers defects in installation workmanship under normal use conditions.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, acts of nature, vandalism, pet damage beyond normal wear, or modifications made by the customer or third parties after installation. Turf product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Salinas Artificial Grass Installation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website - even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
